Rooms are $139.00 +tax per night (3 nights minimum during the core nights. 27, 28, 29).
To book your room you MUST purchase an ALL ACCESS PASS FIRST. Once you do so you will be offered 2 options.
1. To be booked at the Sheraton
2. To be placed on the wait list for Westin
(There is no promise that you will be reserved, and you risk the chance to be booked at Sheraton)
Once your ticket purchase is complete and you have chosen to stay at Sheraton, you will be contacted by our hotel ambassador to finish your reservations. At the time of booking you will be required to PAY FOR THE first night. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Please note any guests must be disclosed and will be required to purchase an all access pass to stay @ The Sheraton. All guests will be required to pay for the remaining 2 core nights on APRIL 15st (non refundable) **
If you purchase your ticket after April 15th, Sheraton requires all 3 nights pre-paid. Additional shoulder nights may be paid in at the time of check in.
The Sheraton has offered us several deals to make your stay more affordable as well as pleasurable. For those of you driving, we are offering FREE parking in their private gated parking lot. The Sheraton has also given our group FREE WIFI and 25% off special discount in their restaurant menus. We also have scored free shuttle service from The Sheraton to the Westin. (nice)
