Florida Fetish Weekend (FFW) is Fetish Factory’s anniversary celebration.

In May of 2026, Fetish Factory will be celebrating 31 years in fetish over the course of Memorial Day Weekend. Fetish Factory will be hosting a 4 day, 7 party, 100% PURE FETISH hotel takeover at the 4 star Sheraton All Suites Hotel in sunny Fort Lauderdale. Every year, kinksters from all around the USA and all around the globe gather for a fetish event like none other.

Unlike a convention or fetish fashion show, FFW is centered around our fetish community. All events we host are strict fetish dress code fetish parties. We encourage play at all events and we have many steel bondage fixtures throughout the clubs. We also boast a fully equipped dungeon in our Host Hotel for daytime play. We will be kinkin’ it up under the glass roof Atrium and poolside at the amazing tropical oasis of Sheraton Suites hotel.

The event takes place on Memorial Day Weekend (USA), This year the event will be hosted from May 21 through 24, 2026.

The event will take place at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek, a world-class hotel located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

Take I95 to Cypress Creek Rd (exit 33). Head west and Sheraton is just West of I-95 on the North side of the road. FREE parking everywhere all weekend.

Absolutely not. We are a strict dress code Fetish Party and NOT a swinger’s event! We attract a very playful crowd and when we are at the hotel we must mind the staff.

We simply say that while you are in the common areas of the hotel keep the hanky panky down. If you want to play outside of your room we have a fully appointed dungeon in the hotel for all guests to use and with a dungeon monitor for safety.

If you need sex while in the hotel What happens in the hotel rooms between consenting adults is their business,. Please avoid sexual activities of any kind in public areas of the hotel completely.

Fetish sex games are perfectly fine at our offsite Nightclub venues!

Here at Fetish Factory, we like to promote a safe, sane, and consensual environment for all of our party-goers. Please be familiar with our house rules as outlined below. These rules apply for all public areas and shared spaces.

1. No photography or video recording of any kind — Approved photographers and videographers will have a Fetish Factory Photopass.
2. If it’s not yours, don’t touch it -– This goes for both people and their belongings.
3. No sex or simulated sex in the public areas of the host hotel–If it looks like sex, then it’s perceived as sex by staff at Sheraton hotel.
4. No drugs – don’t ask for them; don’t sell them.
5. No weapons — PERIOD.
6. No risky play — this includes edge play, fire play, breath play, blood play, knife play, etc.
7. No watersports or scat.
8. Use common sense and don’t be a dick! Some things go without saying, just be respectful to other party-goers and to our staff. If you’re not sure you should be doing something, just don’t do it.

Not a rule, but something to keep in mind: Even in your rooms, someone is going to have to clean up after you leave. Remember they are vanillas! They’ve been through enough over the weekend without the aftermath scaring them for life. (Not to mention, any damages will be charged to your card. Anyone with colored or died hair should bring your own hand towel. You do not want to be accountable for ruining the hotel’s towels. We recommend the same for makeup removal. If you are one that likes to sit on the floor the hotel renovated all rooms and now they have vinyl flooring. Consider bringing a towel when you spray your shine on your latex you absolutely do not want that to hit the floor or you will slip and slide,)

Not knowing the rules is no excuse for breaking them. Everyone will be held accountable for their behavior. Period. If you break the rules, you may be removed from the event and face being barred from future events as well. And no, you will not get your money back if we have to kick you out.

Photos are able to be taken by our professional photographers only. We have several photographers on staff who will be taking photos throughout the event.

Just ask! All our photographers are happy to take your photo if you’d like to be featured in our galleries.

At the events, please let our photographers know if you do not wish to be photographed. They will respect your wishes.

Photos are able to be taken OUTSIDE of our main ticketed official events! We have a step an repeat wall for photos just outside the door to the pool near the fitness center.

We absolutely frown on centent makers who want to use our event to build content. If we catch on that you are building content at our event you will be warned just once and then if you continue you risk being asked to leave. Please leave it to our photographers!

If you are a photographer and want to take photos at our event, talk to Emma or Glenn when they are booking you about getting a Photopass.

The photo galleries can take a minimum of two weeks to be processed. No need to ask us when the galleries will be posted, we won’t forget! We will notify everyone via direct email and on our social channels as galleries become available!

And if they are late, hassle your photographers; it’s all their fault!

All of our official events require the following attire:

Latex/Rubber, Leather, Wetlook, Vinyl/PVC, Uniforms, Serious Goth, Kinky Drag, and Fursona/Otherkin.

Absolutely no jeans or denim, of any color, streetwear of any kind (even all black), or regular club wear will get you into our parties or events.

We’re looking for unusual, provocative, kinky outfits–so GET CREATIVE! And as a general rule of thumb, if you can get away with wearing it to brunch with your mother, you won’t get through the doors. Even if you bought your tickets in advance, you will be turned away if you don’t follow dress code. At the Pervy Pool Party, we will except the above mentioned attire as well as any provocative or erotic swimwear.

MORE INFO ON DRESSCODE

• Absolutely NO Photography or Video at any of the OFFICIAL EVENTS including OFFSITE & ONSITE EVENTS. The exception to this is in the entry way to the pool where we have a Step & Repeat Wall.
• Please make sure play is safe and consensual.
• Rudeness or violence will not be tolerated towards any community members, hotel or FF staff.
• NO Drugs; Do not ask for them / Do not sell them!
• We have SECURED ALL DOORS of the hotel. This year we will have the elevators managed by 24/7 security. The security will routinely ask for you to display your wrist. Security will not make exceptions to let people up the elevators if the person s\does not have an All Access Band or a Hotel Day Pass Band for the proper day. Day Pass Bands are sold at the security at the front Desk on Friday and Saturday all day. Anyone caught attempting to bring in a NON-ticketed guest into the hotel will receive just 1 warning and the guest will be asked to buy a Hotel Day pass on Friday & Saturday or on Sunday will be required to be event passes.. JUST DO NOT DO IT!
• Violators will be removed and or banished and there will be no refund from the Hotel and or Fetish Factory.
