For The Protection of Our Guests & Staff, We are Now Offering In-store Pickup for Online Orders
While the showroom remains closed due to COVID-19, Fetish Factory will be offering a curbside pickup option for orders. We will be offering this service Thursday-Monday from 12pm to 6pm. Everything in our online store is in stock in our showroom and available for curbside pickup or shipment. To take advantage of this offer, go to our online store at store.fetishfactory.com and place your order as you usually would. Select “In-Store/Curbside Pickup” as your shipping option and proceed with payment.
You then have two options to pay-
- Paypal member checkout for those with a Paypal account. (Blue button.)
- Guest checkout with any major credit card. (Grey button below blue button.)
We typically fill orders within 30 minutes of receiving payment, however some orders may take longer to fill. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please come with your ID and the credit card used (if applicable) so that we can match it to the order.
If we do not receive payment, the order will not be processed. If the order is not picked up within 48 hours, we will cancel the order and the items will be returned to inventory. Once you’re outside the store, call us and we will bring your order out to you.
