Tickets purchased online are never shipped under any circumstances, tickets that are purchased online can only be redeemed by the person who purchased the tickets. When collecting tickets at WillCall you will be asked to present your credit card and Identification to match your ticket order and you will be asked for your signature to release your tickets. Tickets purchased online cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances!
